Privacy policy

This page explains what Decknomancer collects, why, and what you can do about it. Decknomancer is run by TJ Giddings LLC.
What we collect
- Your account: your username and display name. Your password is stored only as a secure hash; we can't read it.
- What you make: your decks, likes, follows, weekly challenge entries and votes, and who you share decks with.
- Assisted Builds: the answers you give when you use the Assisted Build tool, and a count of how many builds you've used this month.
- Patreon, if you connect it: your Patreon user ID and name, your membership status and tier, and the access keys Patreon gives us to re-check your membership. We never see your payment details.
- Basic technical data: your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse, such as repeated failed logins. We don't build profiles from it.
Cookies and your browser
We use one cookie to keep you logged in. Some settings, and any custom proxy art you add, are saved only in your own browser and never reach us. When ads are shown, Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads; visitors in regions that require it are asked for consent first. Members don't see ads.
Who else is involved
- Cloudflare delivers the site to you and protects it.
- Scryfall serves card images and symbols directly to your browser.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts; Google AdSense serves ads to non-members when ads are on.
- Anthropic processes your Assisted Build answers to put the deck together. It does not get your username or password.
- Patreon handles memberships and payments under its own privacy policy.
- TCGplayer and Card Kingdom receive your decklist only when you press Buy this deck.
We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can delete any deck at any time, disconnect Patreon from your Account page, and ask us to delete your account and everything in it by contacting us below.
Children
Decknomancer isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
